CEO
Founding Partner, Christine P. Manbeck, President and CEO of Kinley &
Manbeck, Inc.
Chris began the K&M partnership in 1991 with Diane L. Kinley. At that
time, Chris was the hands-on project consultant providing desktop training
services, a natural transition to the corporate world from her former
career as a secondary and post-secondary business education teacher. The
training she provided the clients of the firm set the bar to a new standard
by asking the fundamental question "at the end of the day, what do you
need to accomplish?" And so set the niche for K&M project
work-people to process to technology based development.
As the firm grew, Chris assumed responsibility for building and maintaining
client relationships as well as responsibility for all operational aspects
of K&M. To differentiate itself, Chris knew that her company needed a
standard that its client could count on for consistent, quality work. As a
result, the PADIE(TM) methodology - the method by which Kinley &
Manbeck consultants approach all projects, was developed. Through years of
refinement, the methodology has helped K&M gain a solid reputation as a
management-consulting firm; dedicated to helping its clients meet the
challenges of bringing about change in their organizations usually brought
on by either a change in business structure or the implementation of new
technology to enhance capabilities.
Prior to K&M, Chris was the sole proprietor of GuyBeck Associates, a
Software Training firm. Chris holds graduate degree in Education from Rider
University, and an undergraduate degree in Education, with a concentration
in Accounting, from Bloomsburg University. Most recently, Chris completed
the TUCK-WBENC Executive Program for Women Entrepreneurs sponsored by IBM.
Chris is active in the Women Presidents' Organization, Women Presidents
Education Organization, Women Business Enterprise National Council, and New
Jersey Organizational Development network.
