We use our proven trademarked methodology - PADIE - to achieve superior
results. Based on best-practices methodologies, K&M's methodology has
matured and is nearly 10 years old.
PADIE (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation)
represents a five-step iterative process designed to help our clients
develop innovative solutions to solve their business problems with tangible
results. Our consultants use critical thinking skills to adapt PADIE to the
individual needs of each client project.
